锡和船务于2011年创建于青岛，是一家集团性航运服务商，目前集团已建立以青岛为服务营销总部，以北中南多家实体成员为服务支点的口岸服务网络。
集团成员已通过了挪威DNV船级社和法国BV船级社ISO 9001：2015质量管理体系认证。经过多年的人才队伍建设，公司已拥有包括项目经理、工程师、技师、检验员和潜水员等共计75人。企业不断完善运营体系，建立起了一套实用的航运服务管理流程，实现了快速响应、精细管理和高效服务。
目前集团主营业务为：港口应急修理（已获得LR船级社AH36和EH36焊接工艺证书，多名CCS和LRS船级社认证的焊工），水下工程（已获得CCS、DNV、LR、ABS、NK、BV、RINA、KR等船级社认证）、消防救生检验（已获得DNV、LR、ABS、NK等船级社认证），全球新造船维保(中船集团合格供方)，船舶自动化和仪器仪表校验（工程师获得厂家培训证书）。

SHIPLUS Marine Co., Ltd. established in Qingdao in 2011, is a comprehensive marine technology and shipping service supplier. After years of unremitting efforts and continuous development, the company has formed a management and operation mode with Qingdao as the service marketing headquarter, several entity subsidiaries respectively in the north, in the center and in the south as the service fulcrum, and ports around China as the service station.
